YTC?s customers include wholesalers, retail shops, traders, chain stores and supermarkets etc.; as for individual customers, we will provide you with equal high-quality services if required.

1.        Search for Product
How do I find the product?
There are two ways: First, search for the right fitting list on the homepage, and review the details of product on the right of the homepage; surely, turn over the next page if necessary. Secondly, you can input key word in the search box (at the upper right corner of the webpage) to find the product.
2. Sample Products
How to apply for sample products? Can free-of-charge sample products be provided?
Advise the code of product you prefer (there is product code at the bottom of the product photo).
We provide sample products whose price is less than USD5.00 for fee; we charge a fee, excluding the freight, equal to the value of sample product whose price is above USD5.00. In case of batch orders (with a value of above USD700.00 or a quantity of above 1000 PCS for the product under the same code) are made, we will repay the sample product fees.
3. Quotation
How to get a quotation?
After you make up your mind on the product you prefer, please contact us by Email, TEL, MSN, Skype or Fax. We will quote for you the next day at the latest. Or, you can send photos to our salesmen and we will also give reply the next day at the latest. Or, showing us your own design, we will make ODM and OEM for you.
4. Place an Order
How to place an order?
After you make up your mind on the product and discuss matters regarding the sample, price, payment, shipment etc. with us, you can place the order by talking your order requirements directly to our businessmen or sending us an order in writing. Upon receipt, we will send you an Order for your confirmation; then, finish the order procedures.
5. Handling of Orders
How do we handle orders?
We handle orders or shipment on working days (from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).Upon we receive the payment, we will send you all the products within the prescribed time. In addition, we will inform you of that by Email. In case you choose to effect the payment by credit card or debit card, we will not conduct the deduction until we confirm that your products have been shipped safe and sound; you may rest assured.
6. Payment
How to effect payment?
YTC is grateful and appreciates your payment; you can use the following credit card/debit card (Master, Union) to pay. Please be noted that we now mainly receive payment from credit cards (via Paypal).
In case you do not have any of them as listed above, you can alternatively make a bank transfer; please be noted that we will take the date when we receive the down payment as the starting date of the order. We also suggest you to refer to the order when paying to avoid unnecessary time waste in the transaction.
Of course you can also turn to Western Union, which is one of the fastest and safest ways of payment.
Note: When making a bank transfer, you are liable to disburse all the expenses from your part, including those incurred from bank transaction.
7. Price
How to price a product?
The price for the products shown or not shown on the website ipod-htc.com refers to that under the current rate and excluding any freight, i.e. FOB Shenzhen. Your cost on the order is the price of the products, plus value-added tax (if applicable), freight and customs payable etc.
8. Return and Exchange
How to return and exchange goods?
You can ask for a return or an exchange within 3 days upon receipt due to quality problem of the product; however, the product should have complete outer packing, fittings, instruction and other accessories, i.e. the original state of the product. The cost borne on you is the return freight. However, under the following conditions, we will accept no return or exchange:
1?   The product has already been used abnormally;
2?   The product is stored under abnormal condition, e.g. exposed under an over-heated or over-low temperature environment.
3?   Unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, abuse, accident and amendment;
4?   Damage due to force majeure;
5?   Warranty period expires;
6?   The product does not belong to this company;
7?   Parts or fittings of discount/original product
9. Refundment
Three days as of purchase of YTC. In case you are not satisfactory with our products, we can exchange it for you; it is also acceptable if you are still not satisfactory with the exchanged products and ask for full refundment (minus freight and packing fees), apart from parts and fittings of discount/original products. All your cost for refundment is the freight of the products when under its original and sales state. Before we receive the returned product, it is still purchaser?s liability.We strongly recommend return by Fedex/DHL; we will handle the returned products within 7 days upon receipt of it.
10. Design and Development
How is YTC?s development ability?
YTC possesses independent development and design ability, especially for the design of precise products. Our engineers have rich experience in development; besides, we have precise processing plants and detecting equipment. We have a special favor in ODM and OEM products. In fact, we develop new products every month to meet our customers? requirements.

11. Delivery
How do we process delivery?
According to you order, we will send the products to your address; in case the products can not be sent punctually, we will inform you of it and a rescheduled delivery date. If the delay is not acceptable on you, you are entitled to cancel your order.
12. Shipment
We have cooperative relationship with express companies like TNT, UPS, DHL, Fedex etc. Their effective working time is from Monday to Friday. If you leave us your email address, we will send you an email, elaborating the product and document number for your convenience to review.
Alternatively, you can choose shipping or overland transportation. Details please make contact with our sales personnel and they will arrange it for you. Please be noted that the time for shipping or overland transportation is relatively lengthier; whereas, the freight is much more reduced.
13. Policies:
1.        Privacy Policy:
We lay special emphasis on privacy and confidentiality policy. In our policy, it is provided that all customer documents can not be used for any other purposes or be dropped into the hand of a third party. We understand that spam mails are annoying; so, we promise not to send you any spam mails by email/home address; nor shall we reveal any details of your address information. Our policy is specific and, at the same time, strict. Please remind us where you think our policy is not fair enough to win your expectation or where we have not stand to our policy.
2.        Environment Protection
Absent of special requirement, not all our products are in line with RoHS; of course, we are striving for this goal.
